2. Buyer Privacy Protocols
We are committed to purchasing without pressure. Your contact details, including business name and direct email, are protected by our match workflow. Vendors only receive access to this information once you explicitly approve the match or opt-in to release your data.
3. Vendor Engagement
Vendors accessing the platform agree to provide standardized, professional proposals. Harassment or high-pressure sales tactics are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension from the VendorsBid channel.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we vet vendors for quality, VendorsBid does not guarantee the final performance of any third-party service provider. Users are encouraged to conduct their own final due diligence before signing contracts outside our platform ecosystem.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of VendorsBid constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
